What parameters of metal dome we should to know? We have got some inquiries about the metal domes from customers, but they don’t know the parameters of metal dome. So it’s diffcult for us to go smoothly. Ok. follow me to know the parameters(specifications) of metal dome you shoul to know before purchasing:

Triangle metal domes with legs

Now we have three kinds items for triangle metal domes with two legs:

1. width * legth: 0.8mm*0.8mm;
2. width * legth: 0.8mm*1.5mm;
3. width * legth: 0.8mm*3.0mm.

Certainly, we also have some special specification for the triangle metal dome with legs,such as the 1.0mm width of  legs, 1.2mm legth of legs,ect. it’s just to accommodate a wider range of customers in the design and use requirements.

IQC for metal dome array

Last we talk about the IQC for metal dome, ok, this time please follow me to know the IQC for metal dome array.

As the guys of IQC department, the following should to be known:

 1). Appearance of PET, it should be clean(no dirt, grease stains);
 2). Does Lose or double metal domes?
 3). The location of each dome is the same as the drawing of the PCB?
 4). If there is EMI printing, pleas take care of the quality of the tracing;
 5). Others, such as data of location holes, outline, etc.
