What is the material of metal dome(snap dome) you used? Normally, the material is Stainless Steel, and the SUS301 from Japan we most used. Sometimes we also use the SUS304. The hardness for SUS301 is more than SUS304, the higher the hardness, the more stability of life cycles and click feeling, and the more expensive.
You can see the material is very improtant for the metal dome life, if the material is not stablity, metal dome maybe maybe caused “dead key” phenomenon. It means it can’t return back after you press the dome.
