The click feeling of metal domes = (force- reforce)/force, this is click feeling, usually controlled between 45% -75%. In fact, in metal domes production process, each lot have a little different for the force,so little change also for the feeling. In this industry for the tolerance of metal domes, it’s generally controlled at +/-30g range,so it’s impossible to control in exactly the same feeling.
So as long as it is not outside the tolerance range, it can still be acceptable.
