C series metal domes

C-series metal domes(snap domes) are the most common tactile dome switches, mainly used in the mobile phone, Mp3, Mp4, digital cameras and membrane switches.

The materials of metal domes are general divided into two kinds: stainless steel and phosphor bronze(contact side is silver). Because of its structure is more regular, the product affected by the punching process is relatively small, so life can to be one million times.

The metal domes(snap domes) with dimple can increase the contact area and enhance the stability of metal domes. So most customers choose the metal domes with dimple.

According to there is dimple or not, we divide the C-series into three items:

1. NC-series: no dimples

2. DC-series: with one center dimple

3. SDC-series: with several dimples
