Custom Metal Dome Array

Custom Metal dome arrays are pre-loaded several metal domes carrier backed with adhesive tape. You can peel off it together and then stick it on your PCB, FPC, and membrane switches. The way to assembly is very easy and quick.

By placing all of domes simultaneously, production time and cost will be great reduced. Your quality also benefits from use our dome array(dome sheet) which avoid “double domes” and dome place errors.

The difference of the One Key & custom dome array is that the pieces of metal domes(snap domes), size of outline, and the irregural shape. , Now we have the following four items for this type but our R&D department guys are engage in developing the new types as the customers’ requested.
